got a call from COGBEE to schedule an interview for Tech mahnidra.
in First round of interview asked me some basic question of core java, springboot and one coding question.
It was a nice interview and I was pretty sure that I am going to select for the next round but when called the HR, he said unfortunatelly you didn't cracked the interview and I was shocked. the process of hiring by COGBEE need to re-check by the tech mahindra team.
The interview process involves multiple rounds that assess both technical and communication skills. I have successfully appeared for the first round and am awaiting further communication regarding the next steps.

I have been referred by someone from tech mahindra and after that i have telephonic round normally they ask all about experience and skillsets and technical round 1 within 1 week I having an interview and I get feedback next day as rejected

I completed 2 rounds of interview and got selected but this company will not respond properly to the mails or calls and won’t give any update. Finally they are saying the job is on hold. It’s unethical totally.
