The aptitude was a bit difficult but the interviewers were very calm and friendly . they didn't make the process seem stressful for the students which made the students comfortable

I went through a structured selection process comprising four stages: an aptitude test followed by three rounds of interviews. The first round was a general interview where I was assessed on my background, communication skills, and overall personality fit. The second round was a technical interview that focused on evaluating my domain knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and technical competencies relevant to the role. Finally, I had an HR interview where discussions revolved around my career aspirations, cultural alignment, and compensation expectations. Each stage was designed to assess a different aspect of my suitability for the position and provided me with a holistic opportunity to showcase my strengths.

Interview is very smooth and they asked me very basic questions related to JD. They didn't focus much on the CV. The interview time depends on the answers you give them. If they are satisfied they will ask more questions.
