Technical interview too focus on Figma, things like what are the last releases, which was pretty shocking. They were looking for a senior designer but the questions were focus on things for an entry level with a bootcamp, she asked me to show her my process and then continuously interrupted me, very rude recruiter.

After completing all rounds they said I am selected, and they will share the offer letter tomorrow and then their tomorrow never came. I tried to contact them after their confirmation but they said they will share soon.

Two technical rounds and one HR depending on the experience. More related to project based questions and telecom frame works - etom, oss/bss and COTS products if you have any experience. Stress on fulfillment/ Assurance and also CRM part as per project requirement. BT experience would be added advantage.
