I joined as fresher but they put me in that role .We went through various training and exams . Training were for multiple things like Java Database Personality development but interview for project was based on Oracle Database architecture

1st it was Technical round panel have 3 people followed by Client technical round will be testing as per there requirement and Manager round HR round. Directly placed into client location. It was Good experience and interview went well.
