Recruiters told me there were over 20 vacations for the role and they needed to hire urgently. After the second interview I was told I was a perfect fit (qualifications and experience) and I should wait for them to send me the final offer to sign and starting day confirmation. As I had no news after a few days, I sent them an email to which they replied “unfortunately” I didn’t have the right profile and they decided not to take my application on count. Simply. WTF???

The interview process had 3 rounds. First, the HR person spoke to the candidates and then, the Hiring manager took a round mostly based on the resume. I did not wish to continue with the opportunity, since the JD did not align with my aspiration.
