I have given interview last week. Interview was kind of simple. I got call from third party consultancy and then interview scheduled. There was two persons one for React and other for Java.

I had a very disappointing interview experience with Tech Mahindra through the Monjin third-party platform. The interview was scheduled for 22nd March 2025 at 2:00 PM. From the beginning, the interviewer appeared distracted and unprofessional. He was walking around with his laptop for most of the interview, frequently looking away and seemingly more focused on someone or something behind him than on the actual interview. His responses were abrupt, borderline rude, and came off as unnecessarily dominating. Instead of fostering a conversation, it felt like an interrogation with unwarranted expressions and an aggressive tone. Despite following up consistently for a week, I only received an update after persistently asking HR multiple times with no proactive communication from their side. For a reputed company like Tech Mahindra, I expected at least the basic courtesy of a timely response regarding the interview outcome. The experience felt very impersonal and lacked the basic professionalism one would expect from an organization of this scale. I hope they take feedback like this seriously and improve their candidate experience moving forward.
