To begin with, we do use legitimate recruiting companies to help us find qualified candidates to help our clients, as do many companies such as Google, Verizon, Apple, CPI etc. This is due to no other reason, then to help our management team and clients streamline our hiring process with efficiency. MLM companies are illegal in the US, and TMG is a legal company. In addition, the clients that we do work with would not support the hire of illegal companies. That being said, we do not encourage or accent payment from employees, and they are guaranteed a base pay.
