Systems Round, Aptitude and Technical discussion. I really liked the systems round, where there was no internet but only problem that you had t find a solution for with your program.

First round was coding round & analytical round (be prepared to solve some cool puzzles). Depth of your knowledge would be tested here. Second round was with Mr. Pratap (CTO). The width of your knowledge would be tested here. Third round was HR round and more like feedback round where "they" would ask for feedback on how the interview process was. The whole process was well organised right from the first telephonic call. During the interview, you will be kept updated about how much time it would take, selected or not...etc. Things which can be improved :: > Offering tea/coffee would be nice (although you are doing a great job by offering cool drinks & biscuits) > Offer more biscuits to the candidates if the interview is during lunch time.
