Fairly easy interview since the company hires on volume. I went in and interviewed and was offered the job on the spot. I interviewed on Thursday and was asked, "Can you start on Monday?"
The interview didn't really focus too much on my actual background of sales management and team leadership. They seemed to be more interested in my ability to deal with turnover as they promised me a role as a team manager once I sold their services to just ONE company.

They told me they would bring me in for an interview. They cancelled the interview and rescheduled. Then told me they are cancelling the next interview because they suddenly decided not to hire new sales managers. Sounds like a bunch of flakes that are going to be overly controlling and would be a horrible place to work, like a sweat shop.
