First Interview with a HR Coordinator. This person asks a lot about your family, work experience and expectations about this job and personal ones. Then, they apply some psychological tests (Wartegg, Machover, Rotter/Sacks, and Bender).
Second interview with HR Director, very similar to the first one but applying two additional tests: from 5 different HR topics choose one to write and comment. Second test: from 5 different topics regarding politics, ecology, economy and others, choose one to talk about and comment.
