Technical- conceptual and in depth knowledge required. Basics of electrical engineering shall be clear. Basic to advanced knowledge required. Practical applications shall be known. Communication skills also play the key role. Good work experience regarding same domain shall be advantageous and considered w.r.t training and internships etc.
