1 st Telephonic HR round where in they suitability.
2nd technical telephonic where in technical panel checks knowledge.
3rd face to face technical ; verifies confidence level,communication, problem solving skills etc.
4th formal meetup with senior manager; real test of your presentation skill, attitude and how much value can be added if they hire you
