1st round of 3 interviews. Centered around learning more about TechnipFMC and then talking about individual's experience and qualifications for job. Very conversational and comfortable exchange. Helpful interview with useful information about position and insightful answers to questions. Mostly general information was gained. 30 minute interview.

There was a first round on-campus interview which took place in which they asked a series of behavioral questions followed by a technical question which may be related to your field of study. They are looking more so for an answer that is backed by reason and logic than one that is true. They are also looking for you to ask questions before attempting to give an answer.
