Applied online and was contacted via email for answers to screening questions by an HR Analyst. Then I Interviewed 3 times for the position. In the 2nd & 3rd Interview I was asked mostly behavioral questions (about 10-15 each time). 1st was via phone for an HR screening. 2nd was with the Hiring Manager via Teams. 3rd was a panel interview that was in person, at the facility. Hiring Manager was present and two other "direct" employees associated with the position. Interview process took about 4 weeks from 1st contact to the last interview. I then waited almost 2 weeks (one day short) for them to let me know I didn't get the position. I was notified via email, by the HR Analyst. I guess I wasn't the right fit or maybe they found a better candidate.
