Contacted by internal recruiter. Interview with the recruiter and then a couple of the branch managers cycle through and talk to you. The day after the sales directors calls you for an interview. Everyone is really friendly and it feels more like a conversation about your skills and what you are looking for than a really formal interview

Phone interview first, then an interview with the team, and then a call from the director of sales. They ask a lot of questions and you get to meet with managers who are looking to put people int heir territory.
