Interview process was long and drawn out, with a total of 5 interviews, including a phone interview, online personality test and 3 in-person interviews. The last interview consisted of two parts. The first half I met with all the employees in the conference room, and talked about personal questions and my resume. The second half, the owner, Service manager and a few employees grilled me on technical knowledge where they asked some basic questions and some convoluted scenario questions
