Initial phone call with hiring manager, followed by a writing test, followed by a couple interviews with practice managers. The process lasted about 2 weeks and interviews were in person prior to pandemic

A brief phone interview followed by a writing test they send to you to compete (A slide deck with some empty fields). You are then brought in for an in-person interview. For me, I had three different sessions with two people in succession followed by a very quick excel test.
