Initial interview by a junior-level person as a pre-qualifier, then 3 senior-level executives each one asking almost the same questions. Gave the impression that an offer is being prepared but then no response to any email.

Simple phone interview then actual interview with two people. Straightforward. Nothing out of the ordinary. They were quick to send an offer though, so at least they don't keep you hanging.
