The interview process started with a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. It was a positive experience as we were both trying to figure out if I would be a good fit. The next step was an in-person interview with the team. I was impressed with everyone's energy level and friendliness and I definitely felt that I would like to work with these folks.
