They have series of interview, from initial HR, to Hiring Manager and with the team department, operations and a mini presentation at the finale of their 5-6 hour test drive. All I can say, is that its a time consuming for candidates who ended up without concrete reasons after a 2-3 weeks of unpaid tests, etc. beware of this, as you go along you won't have a sense of how well did you do or compete with other candidates, the only clue I had was, they re-opened the job posting 3days before they email a rejection message. They are looking for a unicorn, that's how I see it, and lots of BS on their culture compass.

5 stage interviews. 4th stage interview when you finally got to be interviewed was by a very i experienced manager. Seemed very over the top and a lot of work of work to get to this stage.
