Part 1 is a general knowledge test.
If you pass the part 1, you will be given some programming questions. You write your code on paper.
Last is the interview with the boss.

Colloquio
I was given a written test with mostly multiple choice questions, after which I was then given a paper coding problem (iirc I had to solve some version of the Josephus problem). The time I took to solve it was recorded. After that I was interviewed personally by the owner of the company; I was asked about stuff that I wrote on my CV then finally asked the usual "Do you have any questions for me?"
