HR screen phone call, phone call with cost analyst, and then 2 in-person panel interviews. Everyone I interviewed with was nice, and I thought it went well, except for the CEO, who ranted about working hard and how if I didn't know how to work hard, it wouldn't be a good fit.

Worst experience I've ever had with a company. The people were nice, I was told afterward that I would receive an offer the next day. After waiting three weeks of unanswered emails and not calling when he had said, ended up not getting an offer because I wasn't interested in traveling 50%. A travel requirement was never mentioned until after the formal interview, but apparently the HR guy just wasn't aware of it.
