Total 3 round will be there,
2 technical & 1 client round..
they will simply waste my time ,like 1 round take place 1st week i got selected ,but second round went to 3rd week huge gap between 1st and 2nd round ,then they will said i am rejected due to technical competency,
even though i answers to all pin point to there questioned,

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 5 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Technumen (Hyderabad) nel mese di mag 2022

The recruiter contacted me for the job opportunity. Took all the details he needed and then didn't schedule any interview. 2 Months later, some other recruiter of same organisation contacted and asked for resignation details from current company and didn't schedule any interview. 3 Months later then they scheduled interview and after me clearing 2 rounds of interview, i was told the position has been filled. Before releasing any offer letter themselves, they ask you to to decline any offer you had. Before scheduling any interview, they want to make sure that you're serving notice period. Worst recruiting process ever!!!! They just love wasting others' time while projecting themselves as great company with 14 GW projects and 5-6 clients (none of which is true🤭). Clearly the recruitment process is handled by mindless baboons.
