I recently went through an interview that left me feeling disheartened. The way the company's representatives handled the process was really bad. It seemed like the HR department didn't know what the team was looking for because they only asked me one question (mentioned below), and it felt like that determined their decision. I was shocked to realize this. What bothered me, even more, was that the interviewer showed clear bias against candidates from service backgrounds or service-based companies. As soon as I mentioned my background, the interviewer became hostile. This kind of discrimination shouldn't be allowed. Companies should set clear guidelines for their HR departments, so candidates from different backgrounds have a fair chance. To make matters worse, the interviewer had my CV for a whole week but didn't bother to review it before our conversation. It showed their laziness and carelessness. It also revealed a lack of professionalism and ethics within the organization. The interviewer went on to criticize me and my previous work, insulting service-based organizations and undermining my knowledge. They didn't even try to assess my skills and hastily judged me. The company needs to address these problems right away and treat future candidates with the respect and fairness they deserve.

Interview experience was great, and It was more of a discussion rather than a question answers type.I personally gained lot of Ideas through that. I would recommend it as goo interview process and great experience.
