I applied online. They offered me an interview very shortly after I applied. Didn't make it past the first round. Two interviewers, whole thing was very stiff, made it about 15 minutes in before realising i did not want to work there.

About myself, my background, I think there might have been some 'how would you hadle this situation' type questions
Incredibly long and drawn out. They make you do a lot of work for second round and take forever to respond. Moreover, they pay very little. I found a job making twice the amount from here with much better work life balance within two weeks of interviewing. Would not recommend this company.
