I have applied for Technical support Specialist position. Initially, i did an interview with a recruiter. My second interview was with a manager at 7am. After 3 days, i received a call from a recruiter for a reference check and criminal record check. I provided them every detail and on Friday, i received a call from a recruiter for a verbal offer. On Monday, i received a call from recruiter that they cannot proceed further. I asked her for a reason and confirmed if anything wrong with references and criminal record. She said everything is fine with references and criminal record and she said she cannot tell me what is wrong. In the end, she said i can re apply again for another positions and i can connect with her on LinkedIn. i have already put my 2weeks notice at my organization. It was such a waste of time. Company doesn't have any clarity about their hiring process.
