I expected it to be tough but it was thorough and relaxed. Was interviewed by Ted Moudis and his right hand Chris. They took turns interviewing me and then at the end made me an offer.

Be as patient as possible, the interview take forever due to their packed schedule. be concise and stern on your answers. Once you get the first interview you will be asked to return to meet personally with Ted. No one comes into TMA without getting the "seal of approval" by Ted.
