I had an unprofessional recruiter and terrible interview process. A recruiter reached out to me asking if he could submit my information for a senior role. I had many phone calls, email threads, and text messages to schedule an interview time, then did not hear from him after spending time answering many technical questions and giving my availability. I assumed he ghosted me at this point. He then texted me the next week asking if I had attended my interview. I explained I never received a follow up from him or received an invite. He ignored this and simply asked for my next availability. After giving him this new information, he ghosted me.
