Applied via referral link. position was filled so they offered me a different one and set up a phone screen. The woman who called me was nice but called 25 minutes late. What was supposed to be a 15 phone screen ended up being a 45 minute, full fledged phone interview. Was not at all what I expected and felt blindsided by some of the questions.
