The CEO seemed inconvenienced to have to conduct the interview. He spent 99% of the time looking away from me. He talked extensively about the position but never asked any questions about my experience or qualifications. I had to try to interject where I could. The Recruiter let me know that a decision would be made the following week but did not follow up again with an offer or rejection. After multiple emails following up, I gave up on this company.
