Informal and somewhat unprofessional. There was an unbelievably long lag time from the first conversation until the next. There was no correspondence, no telephone call, no nothing in the interim. It was disappointing to say the least, and I was "scolded" for what was taken out of context in a follow-up email from the interviewer in a very condescending tone. Overall it was just a plain, bad experience.
