I applied for Tektronix in the campus drive. There were 3 rounds - online test (apti, dsp and electronics questions , coding). The test took place in hirepro website. This website is horrible Even though I was writing my test sincere it popped up saying I have breaked the procture rules and I was logged out, I couldn't re attend it. I was so passionate about electronics and DSP, but due to such disasters these type of companies are losing most of the deserving candidates. And at the last this company ended up by selecting someone who didn't even had basic electronics knowledge. Such a worst hiring process I have ever seen!!. Moreover the HR s for each of the candidates are different so I didn't even understand how will they even compare and come up with the best and deserving candidates.
