A few days after I send my CV via website I was called by the hiring manager. A few questions later to see my prior experience and current availability, I was scheduled an interview on their headquarter office. The hiring manager was very friendly and easy going. I was asked to explain in detail every aspect of my resume and to tell how that experience could help me work on TelandCom. Depending on what I would say she would then make aditional questions, such as how do you deal with problems whitin a workgroup r so e leadership issues.
She informed me about what they were looking for, told me that it was a very interesting interview and that se will talk with one of the directors to see if I was to be scheduled for another interview. A few days after I was approached with an offer that I had to decline due to timing incompatibility.
