A very easy, open phone interview--after 4 calls with the out of town recruiter. After all that pre-screen process, calls and emails with the recruiter, then the interview I immediately emailed a thank you, called the recruiter with the results and never heard a word again.Nothing. No thank you.No follow up. Nothing. It was a rude process to not have enough common courtesy to thank me for all the time I spent prepping for the call. On both fronts-- from the girl I interviewed with who acted like I was perfect--to the very kind recruiter who couldn't bother to give me any feedback. I would never consider working someplace where people are so disrespectful--awful impression of a company I think has a great idea.
