      Colloquio per Manager, Customer Marketing

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Teladoc Health (Lewisville, TX) nel mese di ott 2016

      Colloquio

A recruiter reached out to me for the Marketing Manager position to be located in Lewisville. The process took less than a day for the first phone screen. Then I spoke to a VP and the CMO a week later, who operate on the east coast. It took almost a month for the person interview that was to occur with 4 members of the marketing team, which took place in November 2016. The recruiter never confirmed how I was to get into the building and with whom I was supposed to meet with as I arrived. My first appointment never arrived to work and then the second appointment had also gone MIA without informing the director either. Needless to say, this was not a great impression, but I moved on and met with both my third and fourth appointments, the last being the director. All questions were relatively easy and related to my history and how well I can manage a busy and detailed work environment. After finishing the question portion of the interview, the director specifically mentioned next and steps to regroup with the team and meet again. She apologized profusely for her team missing the their scheduled appointments with me, but never gave me a business card nor any other means of contact. Following the interview, I immediately sent a thank you as I did after each of the phone screens; however, there was no word from the recruiter who originally sought me for the role. I called the recruiter's office a week after the in-person interview and, while I was surprised I reached her, she said she had received my thank you note, but couldn't say if she had sent it on. She gave the excuse that I she had a received a temporary computer that had disorganized her emails. She did not follow up with the hiring director and did not know what was happening with the position, despite that being her job. I then called 2 weeks later, as Thanksgiving fell between time. This time, the phone rang and rang. when I finally heard the voicemail kick in, the recruiter's greeting was no longer there. I have a hard time seeing how this could do the company any good. I also reached out to the hiring director via another professional social network well over a week ago, without any response. As an earlier posters said, it was a rude experience to have the individuals involved not have enough common courtesy to contact me or even respond after all the time I spent with them. If this is how potential employees are treated BEFORE they start to work with the company, this is a tell as to how they treat them once they have been there a while. Sad indeed!!
