Standard 3 step process: 1) 30m screener with recruiter (the person I worked with was very personable, accommodating, and generous with their time and information). 2) 30m screener with the hiring manager. Mine was a casual conversation and we mostly "talked shop." Only regret was not getting a better sense of their leadership and management style. 3) 60m panel interview with the hiring manager, a would-be immediate teammate, and 3 would-be colleagues from other departments I could've expected to collaborate with closely. I had 20-30m to give a presentation of a piece from my portfolio. The rest of the time was a Q&A from the team, with a bit of time at the end for me to ask them questions. This was the final step before a decision was made. The pace of the whole process was reasonable to me. 3 weeks end to end. Everyone I spoke with had great energy. I felt well taken care of as a candidate, and that the team had a strong and healthy culture.

Hiring manager seemed completely uninterested and had a bit of an attitude. They didn’t take the time to review my application materials before the call and made it clear that they didn’t remember who I was. When I got a chance to ask questions, the answers I got were short and non elaborative.
