I was hunted by their inhouse recruiter. There were numerous reschedulings but I met with 3 people from HR, 2 other people from company, was asked to participate in 2 assessments, then asked to submit 2 writing samples. Before meeting with a final HR person I received multiple emails from the recruiter telling me it was urgent they speak with me. I gave them many availablities and didn't receive a confirmation of a time until they sent a meeting time well into the evening when I wasn't available. They finally called to tell me that I didn't align with the company. After all of that, I asked what didn't align. I didn't get an answer.
