They reached out to me via LinkedIn. Back in June. I did multiple rounds of interviews. Six to be exact. Every time they asked, I responded. I work full time and I rearranged my schedule for them. Because I was interested. And I would have been a good fit. I felt like ALL the interviews went well. I am more than qualified for the position. We are now at month three. Its been complete crickets. Ghosted. Didn't even get a thanks but no thanks. Extremely disappointed in their process and I likely dodged a bullet I suppose.

El proceso empezó aparentemente bien y la persona del equipo de selección fue muy amable. Acudí a una entrevista presencial y también todo bien, la persona a cargo del departamento también fue muy agradable. Me dijeron que me contactarían en dos semanas, tanto si seguía adelante como si no, y que les urgía encontrar a alguien en el próximo mes. No pasó. Les contacté yo dos veces en un plazo de un mes y ni tuve respuesta. Después de casi dos meses, me han enviado un simple email plantilla diciendo que han decidido seguir adelante con otros candidatos. Como profesional de RRHH, me parece una falta de respeto hacia todas las personas que muestran interés en una posición.
