Very expensive process; took about 5 weeks in total. First was a phone call with HR reviewing the position and pay. Then a Zoom call with what would be your direct manager, if you get the job. Then another Zoom call with what would be your supervisor. Then another call with HR discussing their feedback. Then you have to submit 4 professional references through SkillSurvey. Lastly, you have a final call with HR to discuss their offer/pay and if that is agreed upon, then a background check is conducted and you can expect your start date to be ~6 weeks out from the day you accept. Long but through and ultimately all to make sure you’re a good fit for each other.
