Good process. 5 rounds of interviews including flying to N.C. for final round with VP. I was close to taking another role and I was not as prepared as I should have been for this part of the process.

The process was fast and highly efficient. I was able to get through more than half the interview process in less than a week. Love the sense of urgency. Have greatly enjoyed the process.

Straight forward interview process. 3-4 interviews. Very conversational. Some behavioral questions. At the time of my interview a personality test was required, which is done via phone. Overall not a bad process.

5 interviews, none of them were very difficult. Hardest objection you'll likely have to overcome is if you have industry experience or not. If you don't it could be difficult to break into medical device
