There are 3 rounds in total. First is the resume screening where you'll be shortlisted based on the skill requirement for the position you're applying for. If your resume is selected you'll be asked to give a test on google form. Do note that this will be timed assignment and you'll be asked to answer 15-20 questions in 40 mins. Be prepared with basic electronics i.e. gates and symbols of devices such as microphone, speaker, resistor, Zener diode etc. This is an easy test. If you pass this test you'll be asked to join an interview through a link provided by the company within one or two days. This interview will test your fluency and eagerness to work in a tough environment. This is a travelling job therefore, you have to travel to different states too. After passing this round it will be an HR round where you can ask questions and negotiate salary. I personally did not like the offer because of low salary compared to the amount of work load.
