I was reffered to the open position by a former company employee. I had a phone interview with the principal that went very positively. Good rapport. I was asked to come in for a 1 on 1 interview. Afetr this it was clear that I could be offered the position and was sent to HR for background checks and skills testing. All things worked out well and in turn I was wrking for the company within 2 weeks from my first contact.
