Walking into the TelePro Group office, I could tell it was an inviting atmosphere. I was asked if I'd like a cup of tea, coffee, or water as I settled myself into my new surroundings. Initial introductions were made with the president, Reid, who was very friendly and put me at ease in the interview process. We spoke for awhile, he listened attentively to what my needs were for employment, and he went on to explain what opportunities he had that would better suit me than what I even came in for. Reid has a knack for understanding people, what they truly want and need in their career and what positions would be best suited given their experience, which is why TelePro Group is so great at staffing. All in all, it was fairly informal but very informative. I put in my best effort and they were very receptive to that!
