Interviews consisted of several discussions with direct manager and future colleagues, where questions about my technical background, and other professional attributes were asked. Question to find out if I will fit within company culture were also part of the process.

How do you deal with challenging and rapidly evolving situations and goals?

Colloquio
The process moved very quickly, but everyone was friendly and helpful along the way. It was broken up into 3 rounds:
1. Quick video interview with HR to discuss the basics of the position, culture of the company and gauge interest.
2. A couple of days later I had an interview with the hiring manager for the position to go over duties and some of my background to see if they aligned. Afterwards, HR met with me to discuss how it went and how I felt about the position.
3. The following week I had in-person interviews (5 sessions of 30 minutes each) with members of the team hiring for the position. Many of their questions were about me and whether I would be a good fit for the culture of the team. There were a few technical questions to gauge my basic competency in molecular biology/bioinformatics.
Everyone I spoke to along the way was very nice and seemed interested in getting to know me.
