Interview process was about 45 mins in total. There were 4 people in the interview Panel, 3 from the team and 1 from the HR department. The layout of the interview room was strange as I was facing a wall, with 2 interviewers at my left and my right side. It was quite hard to engage the whole panel while answering the interview questions. I did not receive many questions regarding the job itself but a majority of questions about conflict management. Seemed to be quite disorganised but the questions were definitely from the typical set of questions that you can find online from helpful websites.
