Applied online through a job board, contacted by their talent acquisition lady - she went ahead and arranged a face to face(teams call) finding more about you etc, then she passes on her notes to the hiring manager who will decide if you are going to the next stage.
The will give you a testgorillar test which comprises of 3 sections which you have to complete in 10 mins. each section has 16 questions so you have 37seconds per question. Atleast when you are doing professional certifications you atleast get a min.
The questions are very wordy, so are the options - humanly you will definitely run out of time.
If you get through by some miracle choosing random answers without reading the questions.
Then you will have an
2. interview with the hiring manager, then the next stage
3. interview with engineering vice president
4.Interview with director of Operations
5,lastly Global head of systems operations
