Polite process, but left feeling dismissed during the interview
The interview process was clear and well-coordinated. I was contacted by HR and invited to an in-person interview at Telkom Kenya's offices. The communication beforehand was professional, and the interview started on time.
However, during the interview, I felt the tone shift when I mentioned being a parent, something that should never be held against any candidate. Additionally, one of the interviewers (HR) stood up and left the room before I finished giving my final remarks. It felt abrupt and dismissive, especially after a long and thoughtful conversation.

Colloquio
Fairly good, was a 2 panel interview with friendly demeanour and encouraged proactive discussion. It was conducted physically in their offices and took a rough 45-30 minutes. They were interested in my ability to handle sensitive documentation in the legal department, changes I would propose as well as digitising an old registry
