There were two-stage process. On the first stage I got general discussion with two managers and basic check for programming. On the second stage I was sent to standard psychological test.

was contacted over phone by the recruiter from tellabs. interview was scheduled 2 days after the phone call. interview consisted of 4 1:1 rounds. the last round was taken by the hiring manager who promptly gave the green signal and the offer. 2 days later, got call from the recruiter, went over salary details over the phone. 2 days later got the offer letter in hand.
