Whole process was online.
A. Lengthy process - Round 1: To check if candiadates profile, ambitions and experience are aligned with job requirement, which went well and I progressed to next round. Round 2: 3 Real time technical challenge on Voip, to which I received great feedback. Round 3: Team interview on zoom, techical and experience related questions, response from panalists was very good. Round 4: Managers round, was asked technical and experience related questions, which went good as well. In one more Follow up interview they let me know that my experience is not relevant to position and my application was kept on hold (Here in round 4, non recruiting managers gets involved and all of their satisfaction is checked, one among them is not satisfied with my prior non operational experience). The most disliked part is there was no response on result after that even after continuous follow up.
This whole process has taken more than 1 month of time and I answered 98% answers correctly, met all critirieas mentioned in job requirement and which was acknowledged by panalists as well, but the issue is if my experience doesnt match requirement, then I should've been rejected in first round it self, which would have save lot of my energy and time.
I feel the recuting team is unclear about their expectations.
B. All jobs posted are Remote, which is itself a kind of red flag which I should have observed earlier.
C. Interview to Offer ration in glassdoor could be another flag to look for, which I ignored.
Process was well informed till they wanted it to be and post that no response.
