Hardly a chance that a frontend developer will be able to solve that. 3. Technical Interview - Technical Questions and React App Review. There were 2 interviewers and initially they asked 2-3 technical questions and later on shared a code to review. They just said to review it and nothing else. Later on the feedback I got was that I didn't know OOP concepts well. Where the heck was OOP in that code? You were using class components and apart from inheritance which is obvious, which OOP concept was being used there? Secondly, if you want to hear something, ask the candidate directly. Was that a riddle for the candidate to solve? Pathetic experience. Seriously need to work on their interview process and the interviewers. Make it easy for the candidates. Help him/her out. Don't just sit back like idols and expect the candidate to read your minds and answer.
